I'll admit, sometimes it is hard to think of good stuff to write about.
The world hands us opportunities to look pessimistically on each day, thus, I choose to blog about the greatness of my life.
I will admit, I do suffer from depression, so what better way to start out a blog, and a year, by thinking of the great things that can come from each day.
Today is no exception!
1) I am grateful that DISH Network bypassed the FOX feed and we were still able to watch the Huskers play football. This kept my husband happy, and I got a nap!
2) I am grateful that my children were home from school. I got to spend time with them.
3) I am grateful that my work was closed today. I got to stay home.
4) I am grateful that it snowed this weekend. I love it when the world is blanketed in white. (AND I especially love when my girls shovel snow and scrape my car!!!)
5) I am grateful that each new year, I have the opportunity to set new goals for myself and work toward them.
So, this year, I am going to keep in better touch, find things to be happy about, and make myself a better person!
I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!
